I love making dresses, and it makes me happy to be a part of a couple's special day. When Nica and I were planning her dress, she only wanted one thing and that was: LACE on her wedding gown. While we were planning, we thought of adding pearls as well to give it a more elegant feel. Eventually, it turned out, Laces and Pearls were her theme.
Nica's wedding gown had an old Victorian feel to it. We wanted it to have the more conservative look for the church, but can still be fun and sexy for the reception. We decided to design a halter top which she later on removed for the dinner and after party.
For the entourage, We chose the classic Old Rose and Plum color. In line with the pearl theme, we added Champagne Gold pearls and hair accessories designed with pearls and feather as accents.
Aside from making the dresses, another way to be a part of the couple's special day is to be a bridesmaid. It was an honor to be a part of Nica and Ewa's wedding, and I wish you guys nothing but the best.
